Terms and Conditions
Payment : A 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your time and date, Balance payable 14 daysprior to your event. Payment can be made by, PayPal, Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
Cancellations : Less than 14 days prior to the event will be charged 100% hire costs unless replacement booking made Refund within 7 days minus deductions.
Refundable Deposit - A £75 deposit is required with your balance payment to indemnify against any breakages.
Delivery : Delivery in Aberdeen City is £25 and incurs no mileage charge. We will deliver and collect your selection to your home or venue within the Aberdeen City boundary line.
Delivery throughout Aberdeenshire is also available at a cost of £25 +70p per mile.
Breakages & Missing Items : Please retain any damaged or broken items so their replacement can be identified. A charge will be incurred for any broken or missing items as follows...
£5 per china item (cup, saucer, plate, jug, sugar bowl etc)
£2 per cutlery item (fork, knife, tongs, spoon)
£20 per teapot & £20 per cake stand.
Numbers : All parties must have a minimum of 6 guests
